Notice the E90 bias. I did throw in some E91's because we all need some good wagons. E92's and E93's are definitely in here.

E90 - 4 door
E91 - Vert
E92 - 2 door
E93 - Wagon
Right?

I
had a dream the other day that I purchased a 70s 450SL... but it was in terrible condition. I got rid of it and got me an E9x 328xi sedan in blue with... red interior. Then I woke up.

Close, but no cigar! You flipped the wagon and the vert.

You woke up and realized that you had a RWD 328i all along right...? Right?!

Just took this pic to add to your collection. Here is the most common state of the E9X M3:

The meat on the tires of the car in the first picture...amazing!

A car that gets 200 miles per tank, with a 80 mile fuel reservoir.

That blue E92 with the JRZ sticker (now gone) is my friend Charles. Sweet! Also, here's my E90

Skip to about halfway in. This thread has the sights and now has sounds! Yes, thank you, that IS a nice OPPO sticker on my helmet!

Ahh yes. Btw the track session video I just posted in this thread required the use of just over 1/4 tank. Even after the coasting cooldown lap my average mpg still read 8.7 LOL

Nope

Haha! I wanted to add pictures of your car and all the other oppo members with M3's, but I couldn't readily find any.

Yes!! I took my E90 to VIR last month. It was a REALLY good time. This guy let me ride along in his supercharged E92 that was given the track treatment. Amazing car.

VIR is on my short list! Might make the pilgrimage this Oct/Nov if I can find an event with dates that work. Did you get video!??!

No! :( I had a gopro, but no mount.
Let me know when you come up! I'd definitely make the trip down again.

Sometimes I want to risk death by carrying a fuel barrel in my trunk.
![]() 06/07/2014 at 12:32 |

I saw that. So awesome. That means your actual MPG was probably about 7.2

I'll take another one after driving it for 3 miles. Then the needle will be at rock bottom, haha

ahh, bummer! You need to pick up a Cruise Cam headrest mount!
Will def let you know if I get a VIR event scheduled this fall!

Yeah at least that low. I've actually looked down before and seen 6.0. That's the lowest I've seen on track

Must be a very... Spirited 3 miles! A friend of mine has a stock Raptor, and since he doesn't daily drive it (his DD is actually a base engine Fiesta with a manual) he tests how long a full tank can last him... Let's just say that if you went out on a lunch break, you'd see him at the gas station. Twice.

That is amazing.
Heavy car + high revving N/A screamer = crazy low MPGs.
But no reliability issues like you had with your turbo!
![]() 06/07/2014 at 14:41 |

Haha yeah I was exaggerating. Well only somewhat. If the drive was uphill that would happen.
Lol the Raptor takes the cake then.

I actually just ordered a headrest mount last night!
I'm about 4 hours north of VIR, so as long as I find out a few days in advanced I should be able to clear my schedule.

Amen brother.

Google maps advises that I am 6.5 hours north of VIR. Quite a hike, but I think it would be worth it!

Yup google maps is saying 4 hours and 19 minutes in current traffic. Depending on what route you take we might be able to cruise down together too.
